stone built home. Whilst it maintains many of its original features it has been refurbished with all the modern comforts of the 21st century.

Come and stay at our award winning Bed & Breakfast for one night or use us as a base to
explore the beautiful local countryside for a few days.

Established in 1991, Tilldale House has always maintained a high standard of grading with the English Tourist Board. Situated on the High Street, which is a loop road off the main A697 (Cottage Road/South Road), and used only by local traffic, it is quiet during the evening hours.

We are conveniently placed for you to buy your morning papers and visit a different restaurant/public house each evening of your stay without having to use your car.

Guests have access to the house at all times.

Our breakfasts are noted for quality, quantity and variety.
We use local and own home grown organic products when
in season from our greenhouse tomatoes to strawberries and raspberries from the garden.

We cater for vegetarian, vegan, and special diets, such as
gluten free, on request.
